This is our House Massage. Every therapist has a unique skill set that comes through in their work. Expect a full body massage, with good quality oils and lotion, focussing on your 'problem areas.' Firm to medium pressure is used. Long sweeping Swedish strokes are generally applied with detailed trigger point therapy where fascial adhesions (knots) may exist. Relaxation and relief from discomfort are often the result.

Deep Tissue Add-On
Take your massage to the next level with adding Deep Tissue work. Deeper pressure is applied, especially where need be, bringing greater relief and longer lasting results to the massage. Expect more stretching, slower, deeper strokes, and longer sustained holds in 'problem areas.' This is pain management at its finest!! Relaxation and relief are often the result, with also greater sense of efficiency and movement in the body.

The ultimate experience to share with a friend or loved one... The Sedona Massage Company's Couples Massage. Choose either a light to firmer pressure, Swedish, or more of a deeper tissue massage. Rates apply per person.
